These people who get offended should go over there and spend a few weeks to gain a appreciation of the real world is like. It’s barbaric and it doesn’t give a shit about your feelings. Not really. There's nothing out of bounds. No naming and shaming, just a venting about somebody being pushy. Technically, that PM to the OP is the only thing that I think could actually be construed as being a violation. See the section of the CoC pointed out below. If they were bothered they should have asked a moderator to speak to the OP. If you are thinking it's political, that image isn't political at all. No more than a pic of family at hunting camp could be construed as political.

Absolutely no way in hell should you change your profile picture. If anyone is being insensitive it’s the person who asked you to change it without even considering what it could mean to you in the first place.
