I just bought a 96 tacoma that at 1 time had a factory decal down the sides. Well im not sure if someone took it off and did a not so sporty job of it or it wore off with time. What can i do to get the crunchy remnants of i guess the glue off? Its no a show truck, but if i could get it off with a little effort it would help with the overall apperance. Don't want to make it worse by taking it off? Any ideas? Or just leave it. All input appreciated!!!

Try a hair dryer, some elbow grease, and goo-gone to get the last of the adhesive off. You may have to polish the box side afterwards to get the paint looking smooth.
