Side marker bulb question

My wire connection to the sidemarker bulb appears to be "stretched" and my bulbs keep falling out into the headlight.. My question is would it harm my electrical system if I just left the sidemarker bulbs out? Thanks..

the bulb is falling out of the connector?

can u use a small flat tip screwdriver (lights off) to close the "legs"/ contacts of the bulb holder?

this has happend before and causes intermittent issues.

 

Yea the bulb is falling out of the connector.. I'm not to fond of the side marker bulbs any.. Would it hurt to just leave them out?

 

not sure about your local laws but im sure its illegal. It wont hurt anything though. if you have inspections they'd probably fail you for it as well

I had to do this when I swapped the bulbs for LEDs. Just pinch the legs together.
