    Cut & broke off stuff. Prolific ziptie and tape usage.
    Lol. Sorry...

    Basically remove entire headlight housing from truck and rock it around until bulb drops out one of the holes. (Remove all other bulbs first so you don't break one hitting with the loose bulb moving around.)

    Unless someone found a better way.

    A few OE parts from fancy trucks
    A semi flexible item with something sticky on the end like tape with a bit of patience should fish it out w/o removal of the fixture

    I did more research and a straw with a fishing line lasso might work or a magnet fisher. Maybe a combination of both. I've polished and sealed these lamp units multiple times because of fogging, so I might just buy two new units. But thanks for ideas!
