I have a 2017 Toyota Tacoma SR and was looking to replace my regular side mirrors, with the ones that have the turn signal on them. can this be done even though it didn't come that way originally? I would think it just some wire I could connect to the ex isting wiring but I figured I'd ask the pros(you guy) Thanks!

FWIW, they came on my TRD OR, and I haven't even once noticed them or thought about them being there. You literally can't see them at all when you activate your turn signal. I would hard-pass on that but thats just my 2 cents. I don't think it's worth your time or hard earned money.

I agree, as don't see them as a real benefit. Now as far as the the blind spot monitor mirror feature, that's beneficial. But there's a LOT more to it than just installing the mirrors and connecting a wire.
