I know this post is over a year old, but would you happen to have a few different pics of your Softopper mounted with these new bed rail caps? I just ordered a set and I too have a Softopper and would love to see how it's going to look. Thanks

Any chance you'll ever make a cap for the front of the bed? Something that would make the height of the front cap the same height as the side caps. Maybe even a reinforcement plate for the whole front section? I've seen that whole front section bend out towards the cab a few times with tight loads or when something slides to the the front of the bed abruptly on steep descents. My goal is to reinforce the entire bed eventually and would love it if there was one package I could buy that did this. Side, front and tailgate caps and tailgate and front panel reinforcement plates. *edited for clarity

^^ this could potentially make all four sides the same height and a nice platform to build off of.

Just to let anyone looking for these rails know, the can be ordered from Amazon or for the best price around, Vandergriff Toyota out of Texas. $32 or so for the side rails and about the same for the header rail. Shipping is $10- $14. Also they are OEM
Part number for side rail for long bed is PT278-35100-LB.
Header rail is PT278-35100-BH Got them from Vanderfriff to Jersey in 3 days

Some guys just don't get it, keep it up KBVOODOO, my set arrived last week, took a whopping 5 min to install, and they sit slightly lower than the OEM rail caps so they make my Softopper sit just below my cab, which is exactly what I have been wanting. Quality product and fast shipping. Definitely worth it over the flimsy, weak OEM caps

MT stuff, RTT stuff, the usual.
Any way to get a code that will work with the combo kit for a DCSB? Shipping is hefty, trying to justify

They sit slightly lower than the factory rail caps. As long as that works for your application, they should be better than factory.

Not saying this isn't true, just looking for other people's personal input, along with what shell they own.

I'm looking to buy a shell, and already have the steel bedside caps (as well as the tailgate cap) and want to know what my options are for adding a shell that will still fit.

To clarify, I believe most (if not all) shell manufacturers form the bottom of the shells to line up with the curvature of the oem plastic caps, and am looking for either a shell that still fits correctly with the steel caps, or a remedy to the problem.

This looks so nice, so much cleaner looking than the stock look. I plan on ordering eventually. Great work!
