Any suggestions on installing tie downs on the side of the bed in each corner like the previous generations had? Both my '90 and '98 Tacoma had tie down points in each corner of the bed about halfway up. I like the rail system and D-rings in the bed, but a lot of times items I have are too short for the rail and too tall for the D-rings.
