I know the OP made his decision but....
One of our vendors here on TW is Victory Off road and their frame mount functional rock sliders look like a great deal starting at 6 hondos bare steel....
Yeah there is going to be freight and another hondo and a half if you want them powdercoated....but he did say under 1k.

I d like the go rhino's and 4 wheel parts does offer free shipping @ $475.

If someone does get these do a install vid as there is nothing out there except sales pitch vids.

 

Received my Go Rhino Dominator D6 running boards on Monday. So far so good!!

 

Looks good on your truck. I hope they perform as expected. I removed that silver tag in the middle of the running board. Just drilled out the rivets and came right off.
