Sideview Mirror Adjustments Not Working on both Mirrors

So both of my side view mirrors can no longer be adjusted using the knob on the drivers side door. I'm a bit confused by this as I assume both mirrors motors didn't go out at the same time. I thought it must be a fuse but after doing a bit of research on here it seems the 7.5A ECU-ACC fuse that run these if blown would also cause my head unit to go out. I haven't done any electrical modifications to my truck and all other electronics are in working order, any thoughts or insight?

 

FUBAR'd remote mirror control module...maybe.
Pull panel for remote mirror and window n lock.
Pull O1 connector:

With multimeter, verify you get power to pin 7.
