Just tried to call and the answering service still works but if you choose any selection it just sends you on an infinite loop of rings and then going back to the main menu.

Been asking around. Haven’t heard anything solid yet. But there are some negative Facebook posts from people who bought stuff and can’t get in contact with the shop. My other half mentioned seeing Wil post some odd stuff on social media. Hope it all gets worked out. Sierra is where we go for regearing.

Was hoping you guys would have responded with they just moved down the street and haven’t updated anything yet

paying up front for stuff then the business closing is always a concern in any business. But especially with stuff where everything is expensive.

I hope it all gets figured out and he is still in business. It was one of two places I am seeing about doing a lift for me. Running out of options

Was the shop closed up? It sounded like on the website they were still open-ish? I dunno. I work down the street and can swing by there tomorrow and poke around.

Sierra is closed. Can't share much more than that. I believe this has likely been a long time coming and is NOT a result of the COVID economy.

Wow. Glad I was able to get some quality work out of them. Seeing the reviews and some concerns expressed here, it had the hallmarks of a shut down business. There are some skilled people there, I hope they find employment or fill the vacuum.

Just contact Erick at @state48overland for your lift and install. You won't find better pricing or a better install anywhere. I know that one of Sierra's guys is up to his ears in diff building work. Not sure on the other one.

Wow, that's crazy to hear about Sierra. I don't know much about the other guys who worked there as I always talked with Wil, but I never had any issues with their work.

Stopped in there a few years ago, the guy who used to own that white 1st Gen double cab, was very condescending and rude, I've never been back and peeled the decal off my truck...

All of my experiences there were negative. Piss poor customer service and exorbitant pricing.
State48 did me a solid after I got dicked around by Sierra.
Not surprised they're closed. Plus it was just a bad location.

I too had very poor customer service from Sierra. I believe that it was personal issues driving the poor service and ultimate closure of the business. Luckily the tech that he outsourced my job to is a true stand up guy and took care of EVERYTHING (and it has been a nightmare for him!).

Reading stories like this is wild. I felt well cared for and was kept informed throughout my experience with Sierra and Wil. Crazy to see these stories where people had the complete opposite. I must have been lucky
