Sierra4x4trailers... Thieves or just shitty Customer Service?

Hoping to find someone who lives remotely close to Sierra4x4trailers in Gardnerville, NV. who could find out if these folks are still in business.

Unfortunately I ordered (and paid) for some fenders from them over 2 month ago and since haven't heard a word. They don't answer their phones, return messages or read their email, apparently. I'm starting to wonder if I should write my money off now and find other options for my trailer build, or continue to holdout hope.

I'd really like to finish up my trailer but without the fenders I'm at a complete stand still as far as progress goes.

Any info about the status of sierra would be most appreciated.

 

They have notorious bad service.

Over on expeditionportal there are countless threads on it. It seems they finally do come through, but only after extensive waits.

 

I don't mind a wait, but right now I can't even get them to return a call or email.

One thing is certain I will NEVER give them my business again. I wish I had known about their reputation before I sent them my money, as I would have gone elsewhere.
