I'd like to keep it 6 max, but I suppose I can make an exception if a certain underlander member hooks it up with a patch and maybe a coozie :boink::D

Not yet. I got home and went straight to sleep. Had a long day at work with this new project, started feeling really sick half way through the day so I came home and slept for 2 hours. Just getting up now. I'll look at it tomorrow though for sure

Head up to June Lake Loop.. camp at silver lake campground... you can reserve at recreation.gov. And they have first come first sites too...
Lake and stream walking distance to fish... mild wheeling to shoreline acess at grant lake, like park and fish right along the shoreline.
Multiple hiking trailheads minutes away.. June Lake brewing company in town for some craft beer....

Guys (and gals)... Let me know if you end up having room for an extra Southlander... This sounds like my kind of trip. If you're full up, no worries!

Hey Brian, you gotta get a fly fishing setup before you go. That's the best way to fish up there for sure.

What about the idea of multiple groups going up? Maybe two or three groups of 5-6 trucks. Keeps the trail count low so you can make good time, but we can have "meet spots" like certain lakes or whatever. That way there's a black diamond group, intermediate and easy.

I'm not planning shit, probably not even driving since Madison and I need to pick one truck. I just want to kick back with a beer and relax the whole trip, no stress!

Great idea. I'd go up alone or with a separate group. Just would be fun to get in the mountains and do some camping with TW friends.

If you do stay in june lake loop.... tioga pass is near by... lake ellery and saddlebag lake are just a short drive away (may still be frozen over). The road to saddlebag lake is the 2nd highest public paved road in the state.. 10,150' elevation... cool drive.... and I have always caught fish there...
