Signature picture isnt showing up. Too big maybe? Help

made a signature banner in photoshop and uploaded it up on the edit signature thing and it showed up so i saved the changes. but now it wont show up in any threads that ive already posted under. current specs in photoshop is 216x139 pixels and 3x1.93 at 72 resolution. I dono if its too big? you wont be able to see it if i make it any smaller. everyone elses signature banners are pretty big so I don't know what im doing wrong

 

It doesn't change posts that you have already made. I noticed the same thing after I made my signature. It should show up in the all your new posts though.

 

True, but it isn't here either. I don't think it's the size. Where is it hosted? Some sites don't allow direct linking.
