Ok, sorry if this isn't the right place to ask this question but...What is a fair market price to ask for a 2004 4 door TRD Off Road 4x4. It has 151,000 miles, never wrecked. The water pump and timing belt were replaced at 88k. Recent front/rear/transfer case/tranny oil changes. I've had this truck since November of 2004 and I'm the 2nd owner. I bought it with 8,000 miles. It's silver with grey interior (paint is toast) but the interior is really nice and clean, non-smoker. Everything works save for the light behind the fan switch. NC truck with no rust on the body and the frame is sound with just the typical surface rust, nothing serious. Bilstein 5100's front, Bilstein 5125's rear, Nitto Terra Grappler's are newer and only have around 5k on them.

The idea is to sell my truck and I'll take my wife's 2016 Tacoma and use the money from the sale of my 2004 to get her into a newish 4Runner. I've been on this site for 12+ years so you can view some pictures of mine as some are posted under my profile.

    Thanks for the help.

I live in Raleigh and have the identical truck. I think somewhere around 13k would be a fair price.

I got a 2004 double cab in silver and say around 13k is right where you would want to be. A true 2 owner taco is a rarity these days since everyone tries to flip em like flap jacks and they go through 5 owners a year sometimes. Mileage is super low so factoring that and you being the second owner I wouldn’t say you would be out of line asking 15k. Seems all tacos like yours are sitting at 250k plus so 150k miles is a good selling point.

My nephew has been after me for years to buy it so I'm going to give him the first shot, and I'll give him a little "family discount". Thanks for the responses and now I have a number in my head to throw at him. I'm 53 and I've had a number of vehicles in my life and this truck has been, hands down the BEST vehicle I've ever owned in my life. After 20 years and almost 143k miles it's never failed to start and it's never left me stranded. Only things I've had to replace are two O2 sensors. After that it's been just regular upkeep.

And.....Toyota sure is PROUD of those 4WD 4Runners.... JEEZZZ!!! LOL But I remember the sticker shock when we bought the 2016 TRD Sport 4WD DC for my wife. It just rolled 80k and it's never gave a minutes trouble.
