    plastidip them or buy black bumper caps and replace them. that's what i did.

    Welcome, the bumper caps are plastic so you can’t powder coat them.

    Pop them off, scotch bright them, paint them to match the body.

    Yes 3rd gen rear bumper caps are plastic, there are lists of posts on here and youtube on removing and painting them. I did it the week I got my truck.

    All of the people recommending powdercoat have second gen Tacoma’s which have a metal bumper
