Yeah Phil I am trying to get as much as I can done now before work picks back up again in two weeks. Then its back to 12-14 hr days, 6-7 days a week. When that happens I don't know how much I'll get done.

On another note. I picked this up to see how much a difference the rear ends are. Jason thanks for those links I'm just going with the tundra axles when I get the cash.[IMG]

Lauren told me a while back that under the factory plastic bed liner you get rust. So when I removed the liner there it was. Busted the rust and sanded the bed. Im going to do a DIY spray in bed liner. "Raptor" It should arrive on tuesday. Then as soon as the weather gets warmer I'll get it done. I'll post more pics once I get it done.

Not really Jace. When I replaced the front frame the grill never fit right again. The bumper was basically holding up the grill. So when I removed the fenders and bumper the grill came down.

So the fiberglass fenders had some issues. On one of them there wasn't enough of a lip to drill a hole and put the light clip in so I had to make a small bracket to attach the clip. I also had to grin some of another section just to get the light to fit.

So I fixed my grill problem and just added these pieces of steel from the left over scrap metal from the bed. Now the grill fits nice and sung.

The vinyl is on. But it didn't go on as easy as I thought. Just a heads up it's worth every penny to have someone do it for ya. Unless it's a nice flat area it's not worth the trouble. It didn't come out as good as I hoped. There are a few wrinkles that you cant see in the pic.

Everything did fit nice and tight. So in the end I'm happy with how it turned out besides the wrinkles in the vinyl.

Nope, the cab is staying silver. Trying something different. If I don't like how it comes out I'll have the fenders and besides color matched silver later on.

Raptor DIY spray in bed liner. It was pretty easy to do. I also primed the bed with self etching primer before I did the bed liner. It dried pretty fast but it still needs time to cure.

Yup, I was going to do a single. But at the last minute I decided to go with a double tire carrier. I also going to build mounts for a Hi Lift and other trail gear. But I'm still unsure if I'm going to go with a jerry can or rotopax.

Son of a bitchhhhh!!!! Woke up this morning with a major headache from the fumes of that bed liner. Thinking spraying it out side where it's well ventilated it won't affect you but it does. Another thing about this stuff after you spray it let it sit out side over night to allow it to air out. My garage was a war zone from the fumes in there. I put it inside not wanting the cold to affect it. So learn from my mistake you'll need a place out doors with good weather for a couple of days if you chose to use this stuff. Overall it looks and feels like a high quality bed liner. I'm pretty impressed.

    Welcome Jersey!
