@jubei777 so we are good with the 2 5/8" size circle.

I ordered the anti wobble uni ball so I can double check the size for the trailing arms.

No worries. Like I said I'm in no big hurry. If your busy now. Don't bother. Take time for yourself.

I just wanted to reinsure you the the 2 5/8" size is correct. Because I mention that I never measured it. I was going off what they told me. But now I have the part and measured it for myself we're good to go.

But what I would like to do is cut that rear 2 5/8" out and draw another 1/2" circle between that cut and the first / gusset. Like in this image.

Ah! That's makes sense now. Piece of cake.

I'd suggest that we get as much of this drawn up as possible while you're getting you're parts in. Once you have everything and you know the design is good, we can convert the files over and start cutting parts!

Sounds good. That was the only part I was unsure about. Everything should fall in place. You could hit me up here or text for any info you need when ever. I'll do my best to get it to you asap. I don't see myself being available to come to your place for a while. I can post everything up here with images and measurements.

@jubei777 Ok bud here's the next part. I'm going to keep tearing apart the arm and drawing it up for you the best I can and post them here for you when ever I can. If you have any questions. Just quote the image and ask away. I'll do my best to answer. Thanks again.

Dudes, Don't forget to over size your slot or under size your tab to account for the Kerf, A dialed in plasma is .08ish off set on all sides. I don't know how dialed Corey's table is. Waterjet is more in the .03 off set range on a medium speed cut.

Understood. Those slots don't have tabs that go into them. All the tabs been removed on that section because I changed the direction of welding. Corey recommended I change that. The only tabs I have are on the gussets sides. Gussets are 1/8" and slots are 3/16" slots.

What bulb did you use in that front headlight housing Ray? Going to put in LED but not sure which one. I've decided to just keep the housing as is. It looks clean and I just want basics......way too much wiring before with halos and all that.

Sorry bud. Nothing in the works. I've been occupied with taking care of my wife because of her surgery and working 12-15 hrs a day everyday no spare time. Yesterday I came on for a few mins to see what's going on. But the build is on hold until cold weather sets in and trust me it's going to be a fright train when it does. Barb is giving me full support and she said to get the truck done because she wants to work on the house.

First things I'm planing on doing is getting a welder and setting up the garage for welding up the trailing arms. Then get with Tim about fuel system parts and getting the fuel cell put together. Once the links are made I'll start on brackets and mounts. Then building the rear axle with truss. Cutting off my sliders and redesign new ones.

Then bed cage design and how to mount everything in the bed. Cab cage and engine cage I'm leaving it up to IF to do. That's the base of it. I might change it up depending on time and funds. It all needs to get done anyways.

    Ok got to go later.
