    King don't make 16" 650 coils :(
You getting a winch too? Any skids? They may make 650lb in 18" but if not it'll be a tough choice.. I'd go aluminum pelfreybilt honestly, it'll save you a lot of weight.

LT coil overs come with 16", at least mine did. I know some guys run 18" coils though

Skids eventually, aluminum though. Winch as well. Already ordered the pelfreybilt it is the hybrid so they don't sell it in aluminum.

16" 650lb should be good. I'd go with steel skids if you're going to drive on rough trails.

At least its hybrid, that'll help. You could get away with either 600 or 700lb coils. I have 1/4" steel skids, steel plate bumper and winch and the 700's are perfect.

Not sure.. If you order King coil overs and say you are matching it with the TC 3.5" kit there are kings made for that kit. They will know spring size, you just choose 600 or 700lb.

Thought this was a pre runner build..? So confused what OP wants to do with his truck.

I'd buy king springs they'll come assembled and valved ready to put on your truck. Assembling coilovers isn't hard if you have a wall mounted spring compressor, but the other screw type compressors have a reputation for not being safe. Up to you! If you don't buy springs from King you can get them pretty often on the buy sell trade area if you're not in a hurry.

I think you have to go through a dealer - besides you'd be paying more from sales tax even if you could. Ask SDHQ if they'll make an order and custom valve them for your truck - I assume they would - Downsouth Motorsports and the company I bought mine through did that.

On their website, it gives you the option of Single rate springs (6"-8"), Dual rate springs (10"-18"), Triple rate springs (14"-18")
    -
    What would you go with?

    @Basikbiker -
Also, do I want the Flat bottom spring plate, or the Raised bottom spring plate?
    -
For my primary spring rate would I go with 700 because I will have a steel bumper, skids, and a winch?
    -
For my secondary spring rate ??? I have no idea.. It gives me the same options as the primary spring rate
    -
Lastly, do I need a helper spring?

You should stick to a single spring with your 8" coilovers. I've read people with 700lb 16" springs going down to 650 or 600 usually not the other way around even with steel bumpers because the ride is jarring them in the bumpy stuff. Usually guys with 10" + co's get into dual rate springs. You should check out those links I gave you. You notice patterns in parts guys use that give you a good baseline for what to start looking for.
