Simple lift, am I missing anything?

    I have a 2004 non-trd 4x4. I don't know much about lifts and there seems to be a lot of options out there. I wanted to do a simple lift and I was looking at using Bilstein 5100s all around w/ a Toytec 2" AAL.

    I was planning on installing the rear set of shocks and the AAL myself, and have the front installed for me while I get a rotation/alignment.
    Other then these parts, am I missing anything else I'd need to buy?
    Can I use the stock/original springs in the front?
    Do the front shocks need boots?

    nope, you got the bases covered. New brake lines are nice because theyll be extended more than stock.

    Electric Dynolock tailgate, TrailGear Slides, , 285/75-16 Yoko Geolanders on Wheelers Type B, SAW 2.0 front and back, Camburg b/j UCA, 1.5" AAL, Ubolt flip, ARB bump.
    If you can install the AAL yourself I'll bet you can install the fronts too if you want to save some bucks.

    I might give it a try, if I can find a spring compressor around here. Where can I pick up extended brake lines?

    you may be able to just take the struts to a shop and get them to change them out for a smaller price than the complete install

    I got mine from wheelers offraod. They have made the braking at least 167% better

    are extended brake lines needed?

    do they really make that much of a difference?

    oh and im pretty sure getting a front diff drop kit would be a good idea too

    the diff drop is hit or miss. some people say they cause vibrations. and no the brake lines arent NEEDED but I highly reccomend them
