    Amazon has a wide variety of these rollers. They are called appliance roller or appliance sliders.

    This is a good idea if the plywood itself won't slide well. I like it. Too bad I can't get a 3'x5' piece and make the whole slider out of this material.

    I understand the questioning.

    Imagine I have 6 different bags lined up from front of bed to back and I want to quickly grab the one deepest in real quick. Rather than flipping open the bakflip, climbing up and grabbing the bag, I could quickly pull out the slide and get the bag.

    Plus I'm kind of bored and need to make something.

    damn. Almost. I could get a 3/4"x24"x48" HDPE sheet delivered to my house for $120. No pieces longer than that.
