I've heard great things about SPC's as long as you aren't constantly beating on your truck off road. In your situation SPC's would be great.

If your fine with doing a cab mount chop and losing lots of clearance go with the icons. They are solid and last a long time. If you want better tire clearance and tuneability for offroading go with SPC but you expect to replace the ball joints every 10-20k miles.

Icons might need the heim rod ends replaced every 20k miles depending on climate. Might last a bit longer in Cali.

The ball joint boots on my SPC UCAs like to develop small cracks. Replaced the boots last year ($30-40) and the new boots are leaking grease again.

You could get the mevotech ones from rock auto. It is spc in a mevotech box for a lot cheaper.

JBAs. Currently have 80k on my current set, zero ball joint play, zero bushing play, granted it’s just my daily street and roads to my hiking spots. But zero issues.

    Why you sleeping on JBA?

You don't need the billet's but I can't recommend SPC to anyone when there are so many better options.

a lotta money spent, lotta scars made
I looked at the jba. You can only adjust caster with those. If you locked the camber bolts into place like with taco tabs, you can’t adjust camber. Spc allows for camber to be adjusted on top.

You might want to do some more research on how the alignment works on these trucks, and how the SPC's work. You can adjust caster on the top of the SPC's, not camber. Any camber +/- is a result of the caster change. A shop that knows what they're doing can adjust camber and caster from the eccentrics on the LCA's on these easily. The JBA's just lay the spindle back to add 3 degrees pf caster over stock in a fixed position and without an additional unnecessary adjustment on the upper ball joint that can fail, and with a much higher quality ball joint. If you made a big enough change to the truck where you need to adjust the camber or caster after locking down the eccentrics with the taco tabs you could easily change out their inserts for a different setting. And with how sensitive these trucks are, if you made a change to the bj orientation on the SPC you'd likely need to adjust the eccentrics anyway. The SPC's have crap non-greaseable bushings and bj's that seem to fail left and right. Sure you can make unnecessary adjustments on the top but it's such a PITA to do and just more stuff to fail, hard pass from me.

EDIT: I learned they are actually camber adjustable, but this still doesn't seem like a reason to buy them over other options IMO.

SPCs (at least mine) have both a caster adjustment and a camber adjustment.
