So, I'm going here this weekend: https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/aop-trail-ride-event-march-24-26th.462836/
It worked out perfectly! I happen to have a three day weekend this week, because I'm working a LONG day Thursday. I didn't even know this was scheduled until @Bsheriff11 pointed it out.
I put the RTT on in a matter of minutes thanks to my handy tent pulley system.

Seriously one of my favorite mods, and it's not even part of the truck. No lifting and no hassle.

I need to figure out a decent and cheap way to do that in this RV shed that was here when I bought this house, just low on the list of things to do but will def. Be referencing your setup when that time comes

Flagpole is basically gravel fire roads, there's a lot of trucks going and it's not a very big place, not to downplay it but if you want to actually wheel AOP is where i'd be headed. Either way I'm sure you'll have fun.

Thanks! The DCLB fits anywhere the shorter trucks go. At least mine does.

I already made my mind up on AOP. I'm always up for reading up on other places for future trips though.

Mine's been a few places it probably had business going. Zero fucks (maybe I care a little), yellow wire mod, and the skinny pedal go a long way.

Mine too! I've never been unable to get somewhere due to my over all length! Just a little trickier sometimes! I do find that I'm getting high centred lately though which is really annoying!

The AOP trip a few weeks ago was a lot of fun. Thanks again for the invite @Bsheriff11 . Saw some familiar faces and met some great new people. The trip was so last minute that I forgot to pack a few things. My camera was one of those things. Thanks to those of you who posted up some of your pictures.

This rock reminded me why sliders are a great investment @Acerwin 's truck
    IMG_4344.jpg
During the trip, I was talking to @JimboAnz about a cheap camping shell he used to have on his truck. Long story, short, he pointed me to another shell the same guy was selling, and I bought it. :anonymous: It needs work, but I am excited to be in a camping shell again! I even listed the RTT setup for sale.

    Updated first post.

I watched the RTT leave yesterday on someone else's truck. :(
    IMG_4586.jpg
I'm excited about finishing up the new camping setup though. More later, as I'm about to hit the road.

Made a "pool" out of the #2 truck today. I've got no plans, so I plan to be a redneck for the weekend. The fridge is stocked up with a few day's worth of cheap beer and grilling goodness. Sorry, no Tacoma in the background.
