    Hello. First time poster here.
I just got my first Tacoma: 2010 4-cyl Access Cab, 20,000 miles. After driving around town for a few weeks, I've noticed a consistent click (kind of a "tock" when turning right.

    Symptoms:

    - Sounds like something in suspension or wheel.

    - Not "felt," just heard

    - Happens when making a right only, typically two consecutive rights will only trigger click on first right.

    - Steering wheel only has to be turned a little bit to hear it, not sharply.

I'm thinking it might be brake pads slapping on something... though I've never seen pads have that much play before between the hydraulic piston and the rotor. I really can't imagine it being anything serious seeing as how new (-ish) this vehicle is.

Any tips? Thanks for any and all help...

Well tacoma world sure did a great job at helping you out with this one... Did you ever figure this out? I am starting to hear a click noise coming from what seems to be the passenger wheel well. Always when traveling slow, going over small bumps, or turning while reversing.

    Hey, Astrolux.

It was a lever in the door. I doubt anyone would have guessed that. See my final post here for my solution:

    Thanks.
