Very cool-and that is what I paid too:D at Pacifica Muffler owned by Larry Spies. I have taken 7 cars of mine to this guy to convert to dual exhaust plus my truck. He has a knack and a passion for exhaust as an art and started when he was just a kid! Hell he was like 17 years old when he fashioned a set of duals for my first car!

I have a 1st Gen. The only thing I was told that is the way the exhaust runs on the 1st Gens, to have one pipe out each side, you actually have to take off your spare tire (now mind you that might just be the shop I went to).... but regardless it was enough to convince me that I would stick with my flowmaster 40 with a single tip (though I really want to go dual, but I dont want to lose my spare tire or hitch)

IMO dual exhausts are for musclecars, I will stick with the single.

GO SINGLE FATTY. I have a buddy who has a single fat pipe in front of his rear wheels. sounds so sick added some power we think and looks stealth.

Just found this thread lol. Forgive me for asking, but what exactly do you find obnoxious about dual outs? Not saying its not a valid opinion...Im just curious as to what you are specifically referring.
