Oh yeah, you still running stock gears? I'm a about to go nuts on my build and regear/locker is part of that but it may be after I get everything else worked out (marlin brace, tc gusset spindles, tub, and 315s, hangers, deavers, shock relocate - taxes were good to me this year). Its my DD so seeing how you are doing running 35s and stock gears?

With all the reading I did, it appeared the HH testimonies all clearly noticed an increase in ride quality, whereas I didn’t notice many people saying anything about that with the other kit. I think bay area metal fab is a great company based on my very limited experience with them, but I wanted to support Eric at archive with these gnarly beefy hammer hangers. They are an impressive specimen, the build quality that went into them is something to behold. That being said, he also raffles off 1 person per every batch of hammer hangers to get theirs refunded back for free... which is insanely cool. He also provides the cross tube option directly from him, which I don’t recall the other company doing at the time (I could be wrong). It’s tough to compare the two companies because I believe AG is a very very small one-man sort of show... whereas bamf is a much larger operation. The AG kit also comes with nylon locking nuts which is great. The hardware he provides is absolutely killer (and stubby drill bits too!).

I actually bought the bamf shock relocation kit because it is a solid shock kit with insane value, on the other hand. I think I paid less than $200 for the shock kit from them & I plan on only putting $350 worth of shocks (total) in them so it was nice to save some money there.

Hopefully soon. My bilstein 7100 14” short bodies with RR should be here within the next few days. Then I just need to convince the wife to let me drop my truck off at my fabricator. I don’t want to do the relocation myself personally.

Killer. Those are 12” smoothies non RR? How much shaft do you have showing at static height? Love it.

I’m stoked because this is with my current 27” long shocks. The ones I’ll be putting in are 33” & this is also before hammer hangers. The shackle also wasn’t fully horizontal I believe. So I’m hoping to get 2-3 more inches of droop travel beyond this with HH and 14” short body 7100’s

You can actually see the 2nd leaf preventing further droop travel there.

Tyler thanks for the advice on fitting 35s and the encouragement. I got mine on now and am not rubbing at all so far driving around town, still need to go wheeling and identify where I do though. I did a little meditative breathing before taking the jigsaw to my fenders and have a new hatred for plastic clips. However, I'm happy how my trimmed fenders came out.
Now that I got proof of concept I'm ordering 3rd members with 4.88s and an ARB in the rear. Plus gusseting my spindles, and marlin LCA brace. Finally, shock relocate in back, deavers, and hangers. Got a ridiculous tax return this year. :D
