I thought I was going nuts. Mine has been doing this since the day I bought it. Glad I found this thread so I know it's a real issue. Anyone get a fix? I'll have my guy fix it because I'm sure the dealership won't be bothered to do so.

I was sitting half inside and half outside my truck at the carwash and my seat back "lowered itself" while I was cleaning my windshield. It also lowered once on the passenger side when I was sitting with my legs out and my feet on the running boards.

I have the opposite problem, it’s too high if I drive after my wife.

Put chalk on the lever and see if it still there after it goes down.

Wasn't sinking seats a Frontier problem? I recall seeing some 3Gs when listed as new had terrible looking seat bottoms where the upholstery wasn't wrapped around the foam properly. Automotive seats have become worse and worse, manufacturers solution has been to convince you that you can't live with a little perspiration on your balls.

Sent these prototype kits for testing under rear of 4th gen front seats. Unpainted ones mounted with the pocket down and black customer painted ones mounted with pocket up (as planned).

Well known problem with the FJC as well. Had my 2012 "fixed" under warranty. Finally gave up and just pumped it back up after it would "sink" which I could never put pattern on it, sometimes it would stay for a day other times a week.

Just finished a new batch of 4th gen rear bracket spacers. Those on the waiting list will receive a payment message/email in 4-5 days.
