I have a Yakima cargo box. Sirius signal seems to get blocked by it when it's up top, full or empty. Not completely blocked, but it goes in and out enough to not be worth it. My first time with satellite radio. It's never been a problem for regular radio. Any knowledge out there?

Because the satellite radio antenna is in the shark fin on top of the roof, anything (especially metallic) that obscures it from the sky will interfere with your satellite radio signal.
