    yeah i noticed it too a few times in the past week. around 2 or 3 am EST.


    i have not been getting on that late much in the past month. been mainly getting off around 11 or 12. but the past week i have been on a few times till like 3 or 4.

    I know that vBulletin can be setup to do some db related maintenance tasks. Maybe they kick in around then? Maybe the db needs some TLC? Most of the time, scheduled tasks take very little time.

    Happened right on schedule again , but this time when I went to load a page , I was bumped out of the site and it took three attempts to reconnect with TW

    Sluggish is an understatement tonight , it took me almost 5 minutes to navigate to this section and post

    I'm trying different things on the server (cron job stuff, etc) over the next few days till I see what's causing the issue... Site slowdowns bother me more than anything

    well...the only thing set to run at 10pm is the cpanel update for the server. I just disabled that and we'll see what happens tomorrow at 10pm PST. if all is smooth then i'll figure out why the update makes the server go crazy...
