I own my Tacoma and we own my wife's 2013 4Runner sr5. The 3rd seating did add value bc a brand new one without it but 1 year newer and 20k less miles was the same as a used one with the 3rd row. But when the 3rd is up u have no room for anything In the back and if ur filling a car full of people they usually have shit. It would be a waste to pay for and carry around and take up space until u have a family of 5 or more

That is what I'm thinking as well. Not planning on having a family of 5 or more. If this car lasts a long ass time like I hope it will though, I want room for kids and their friends.

Once again, NOT ANYTIME SOON!!! Haha

I just don't want to come across a life pressure to sell my rig. I want to be able to justify keeping it for as long as possible.

This is a good thing! I'm stoked for the new rig. Sad to lose such an awesome one though.

Yep! Gave my dad a bit of a hard time. I wasn't home to sell it so I asked my father too. He said I lied about the mileage and said it was at 48k in my ad. I sent him a picture of my ad and he bought it.

Well. If anybody is still interested in this truck in the Washington area, It appears that the buyer sold it to a dealer who is selling it again. I can tell you some issues it has that will allow you to talk down his astronomical price of 25k. Feel free to let me know.

SUCH BULLSHIT. I hope whoever ends up getting this truck takes good care of it. I'm freaking pissed for you so I can't even imagine how you must feel. Dude bought it and turned and sold it. Makes me think he was hired as a middle man, "bought it" as an Oregonian, then sold it to the dealership for a quick couple of extra bucks so they could make a profit on it.

BTW, anyone thinking of this truck, I can personally vouch for its awesomeness, having helped worked on it several times. You should be able to talk them down from $25k because that is far overpriced, but it is a great freaking truck.

Haha Thanks Micah. Hopefully a TWer ends up with it but I doubt it because that price is excessive. I'd love to keep up with whatever people end up doing to it.

How hard was the pelfreybilt rear to install? Do you need to do any modifications (i.e. hitch, etc.)?

I just got rear ended and am thinking about installing one.
