I just installed an OEM roof rack on my 2010 Double cab, and am looking for suggestions on ski racks. I only have an additional 10 inches space up top so it doesnt hit my garage door.

If you have any pictures it would be great. Looking to hold 6 skis (3 pairs). Thanks in advance

:notsure: I was going to order the Thule setup for mine since I have the crossbars and rack. The garage will probably be an issue though...

Check INNO racks. I bought mine for $60 from gearscan.com. And they still look brand new after 3 years.

you can put a set of Yakima powder hounds on your factory rack cross bars and still be way under your 10 inch maximum. It will carry 3 pairs of skis for sure.

Is that INNO a 4 ski or 6 ski size? How high is it from the rack? Thanks

I can fit 4 snowboards. So you should be able to fit 6 ski's. I'll have to get height when I get home in a few hours.

    Zac808,

I like your setup, where did you get the crossbars that you mounted the rack to?

I would go with the Yakima Fat Cat6...very aerodynamic design, and they look great.

I dont like tossing the skis in the back; they move too much and scratch up. I prefer to put them no the rack; just a personal preference.

I'd rather hear suggestions then opinions on ski placement pleaes, no hijacks.
