Skid Plate problem

2013 Tacoma

Removed my skid plate to paint, didn’t realize there were two complete separate ones which doesn’t make sense why, they cover the same area nearly.
Anyway, when removing screws, these brackets popped off and I could not locate the place where they went back on. Any help?

UPDATE:
Attaches from front screws to middle screws. Had to watch a video.
