Skid plates. Where to buy?

hey guys.. just thougt i'd chime in. i do plan on doing a group buy soon. it will have the option of ordering a full set or each individual. pricing will obviously all depend on how many people get on board.

we will most likely stick with shipping all our skids in bare metal from now on. they are so heavy that delivery guys seem to like to toss them around which ends up tearing up the finish anyways. and personally i see no reason to spend all the money to have the powdercoated when you know they are going to get tore up anyways. paint is much much cheaper and neither paint or powdercoat is going to hold up against the rocks anyways. much easier to come back with a rattle can and touch them up every so often then take them off and have them re powdercoated.

I've been leaning toward the ATOs for a few days now and this thread just solidified my decision. I've got to buy 5 new tires so the extra time will kind of help out so I'm going to wait on the group buy so I can get a full set. Kevin, what would it cost me for a full set without the group buy? You can send me an email, pm, whatever. Also when do you plan on starting the GB thread? Will it be in your vendor section or in the GB section? I'm pumped about this. Let's get the ball rolling

 

i will start a gb thread when its ready. will have it in the gb section. still don't have 100% pricing info since i'm still finishing up the final design on the middle skid... but they will be competitive with others.

 

Do you have a gas tank skid to offer??
