Being a long bed you have a few more options. Leer makes a shell that has the "windoors" windows that open up, as well as vent. ARE makes one, but you can see the black bed rails(which I dont like), and of course SnugTop makes the rebel, which I have. Both the Leer and the Snugtop cover the bedrail. The Snugtop bulges out a little bit to cover the rail, and the Leer just runs straight down. If that makes sense? I like the Leer design a little more there, but they dont make a vented windoor for the short bed. So Snugtop is was.

Hey, nice truck you got there man! got a couple questions:

1)Where is this armor you spoke up in your thread :spy:
2)How do you like the Snugtop Rebel? I've considered getting one with the sportsman package so i can mount a RTT on it as well as have dry storage in stuff. The problem is the nearest dealer is like 500 miles way so im stuck waiting for a deal to pop up nearby.

    Thanks!
I love my shell. If I did it over, I would definitely do the reinforced roof. Thats the option I didnt get, and I regret it. My dealer was 300 miles away, so not as bad, but still a trek.

Armor... :spy: check back tomorrow :spy:

I LOVE my ARE shell with win-doors. They are totally worth the extra money IMO. The CX doesn't have quite the refined fit and finish of some other shells on some of the window aluminum, but its a very slight difference, and the ARE I got was about 30% less than a similar Leer or Snug Top but still great quality and features.

Got my LR UCAs today! They will go on this week sometime. Now what to buy with the birthday cash I got. Hmm, wheels? Winch? Dakars? Lights?
    Thoughts? Opinions?

So I have a snugtop rebel too, but I don't have the cool flip up side windows... I want....

Did it come with those or did you install them yourself? I don't see an option for that on the snugtop website.
