    I saw on pelfreybilts website they have the skids plates labeled 05-16. Do 2nd gen skids fit the 3rd gen?

    Yeah I trust pelfreybilts but you can rarely find a used set lol. So if I come across someone selling a set from their 2nd gen I just want to make sure it'll fit my 3rd.

    Does anybody make lighter grade skids that are more affordable? I am not looking for something to slide over obstacles, just some protection from loose debris, sticks, small rocks, road trash. I am not complaining about the cost of HD skid plates. My SR5 only came with the front skid, it would be nice to have the rest of the drivetrain protected from road debris.

    I looked EVERYWHERE for a used set, the fact I couldn't find any is probably a good thing. Finally pulled the trigger on an IFS and rear trans skid tonight. Cannot wait until they get here!
