Yeah of course they did. They probably don't have the inventory built up and cranking out sc kits isn't the fastest process

hahaha, not sure how good that'll do.
Through all the threads and research, the UCON works best with an unflahsed, stock ECU. People that had the BD flash or even the TRD flash had some communication issues once the UCON was installed. Also those with a 12+ year had some CELs that 09-11's don't have. I hope its a smooth transition (should be). Looking forward to the install.

As for the LT. . . the more I look into it, the more I see dollar signs and redesigning things (cuz I won't do it half ass'd haha). That's def a project that I WANT to do, but it wont be any time soon. It'll be time to enjoy the S/C and maybe a new bumper. Talking with @DTFtacoma about the Type B bumper... trying to see how I can make it all work out with timing of everything.

I think LT was roughly $5500 when I got mine. But I didn't build my axles so that added some cost

I got my front for 4500. Just a matter of asking if they will work with you on price. I'm not sure on the new total chaos kit but I know there are some issues with the old total chaos and dirt king kit (only 4x4 issues)

On another note Katie and I have been talking about possibly flying out next year for a few days if your cool with it.

I will have to def see where I can work angles to get prices down (not that that's gonna happen for a long time, especially after the S/C and UCON). Sucks about TC, I really like their products. Ive looked into the TC LT kit previously.

As far as flying out, ABSOLUTELY! I will have to get back and settled in, figure out when some possible good times are and run it by ya and we can def make that happen man!

Issue my buddy Nick found was them not having steering stops. No steering stop allows the cv to over rotate and allows the balls in the outer to apply pressure to the cage which ends up breaking the cage.
Nick.jpg solution is to just simply add steering stops haha

I would have thought something so "simple" as that would have come standard

Oh I haven't heard that before, thought you were talking about the uniball issue.
I know you have to cut the steering stop off the stock arm but I didn't have issues with that, I think just was conscious about how far I was turning the wheel

Building steering stops eliminated the thought of it for me.

Oh yea haha. I think I'm on my 4th full axle build since long travel. It really isn't to bad after you have done it so many times haha.
