ahh okay. Well even though I do feel the service went to shit towards the end. I gotta give credit where it is due that he came back to face the angry mob and has started shipping out the backlogged orders. Definitely shows some character.

 

We have been over this already. I tried filing with paypal but was out of the dispute time frame. Then went to my CC company and they had to mail me hard copies to fill out and return.

 

These people don't care that he's trying to make it right. They just want to bitch and moan about how horrible it was to wait.

Whatever man, all of my paypal disputes have been settled within 2 weeks and anytime I've gone through my bank to get a refund, it's done within a month.

No we are bitching and moaning about being lied to on several occasions of when our goods would be shipped and then they never do.

Yea well, I don't order anything unless I know for a fact I'm gonna have it shipped within that window. At the 40 day mark I start talking to the seller about it...at the 44 day mark I put in for my refund. No seller response means Paypal refunds the money automatically. So they must really hate you and/or you have a bad paypal reputation for them to tell you to bad so sad

I don't get why some people are riding skygears dick about this. The people that legitimately had complaints have a right to voice then no matter how small or big. Yeah people fuck up and yeah people get behind. But ducking and dodging or no communication at all until someone starts a bitch thread isn't the way to go. A mod should never have to get involved in a for sale thread. And one of these threads should never have to be created.


Plain and simple, Skygear fucked up and should have taken care of his shit before this happened. It takes 5 minutes to say,"hey I haven't forgot about you and I'm working as fast as I can go get your order out." Or something has come up.

This thread has served its purpose.

 

The only thing this thread will inform potential buyers of are beer and food choices and internet warriors bickering back and forth, "you're the cry baby..." "no you are..." "no YOU are."

The thread had good intentions but unfortunately got derailed.

 

And the entire point of the thread was for Fried to bitch thst he hasn't got his box yet...aaannnd he got his box and Skygear is working on the rest, as well as not taking any more orders until everyone is satisfied. What fucking more do you want? He's already apologized, he's delivering his merchandise.

So then after all this "I'm standing behind sky even though I've never talked to him or purchased anything from him" you can't order a box cause you know for a fact the order will not fall in your 40 day window...
