Yeah, they are on and running great. My pedal is back up and touchy. 380x35mm w/ 6 pistons is no joke. Still going to press them for a 405 kit ;)

If it was 405, the caliper would be right in the openings of the wheel and fully legible.

Yes, indeed. I have work to do before any playing.

Did it to re seal the shell. I was able to take it on and off myself in the past using the 'turtle' method. Get in the middle, brace the shell with your back and lift and walk with your legs. The addition of the rack and lights makes it a 3 adult job now.

    ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Sitting at the insurance/ claims adjusters right now. Guy parked behind me across 4 parking spaces (taking up 4 spaces in the middle). Glancing back, I misjudged thinking he was in One space farther back. Boom. Passenger side rear bumper to passenger side front bumper. Guy runs from behind the suv. Yelling. You tried to kill me! There was a small crack in his lower bumper air vent/ grill.

Asked why he parked like that expressing the legality, dangerous, and just plain in courteous of it. "I park how I want when and where I want so things like this do not happen"

Me "things like this happen just for this exact reason. You cause other drivers to misjudge their surroundings when the rest of the world park how we Re supposed to. In one spot."

Chevy Suburban driver- "is my taxi, I do what I want!" Heavy ethopian accent...

Exchanged info and went about my day.

Took off the factory sway bar finally. It was literally hanging on by a couple bolts. With the rusted frame, 2 bolts broke free from it and every bump was clang clang. No more of the that nonsense.

The install instructions (Instillation Manual). Should be similar for all BBK's on the market today.

    Bleed & Flush

In preparation for this kit, I went to the Local Toyota Dealership and had a buddy do a full system flush with the BG DOT 4 Brake Fluid Flush Kit. Hoses were hooked up and machines going nuts. All the while, he was just feeding the machine Fluid. Then came out the baster. He sucked all the old stuff out of the reservoir in the master cylinder and cleaned it some more.

Went from dark almost black to the yellow goodness of NEW.

So for the bleeding of the brakes, I had to track down another bottle of the fluid. 15 miles later and about 6 stops at dealerships and parts stores for intel on this elusive DOT 4 beast, Found it. Not cheap, they got me for ~$50 for this stuff. ONE BOTTLE!.

Couldn't find my make shift collection bottle I made out of a Nalgene HDPE Small bottle and some bubbler hose, so I grabbed the one from the local autocrats store.

You bleed the same way as any brake system. Says the proper procedure in the manual also. Furthest away, then work your way back in.
