I am about to install new carpet and I've been trying to stop water intrusion. Last leak is coming from the rear drivers side door. Water runs from the top of the door to the back and enters about a 1/3 of the way down. I have been having a long time problem of having to slam the door to get it to shut right. Any help would be appreciated.
I do have all new door seals installed as well.

I put in new door seals, ext cab, so just the fronts, but they require me slamming the door- they were aftermarket (Rock Auto) and are thicker in the a pillar than OEM. They don’t leak, but they buzz over 60 mph because they’re letting air through, annoying as hell.

There’s no substitute for OEM unfortunately, very expensive by comparison to the cheap aftermarket but I’ve relegated myself to needing to replace the ones I got with decent parts, the others are likely cheap Chinese shit
