I used to drive a slammed civic EK back in high school and college, so I know that lowered cars are fun to drive especially on the freeway zooming past everyone w/o feeling body roll.

Anyway, if anyone ever slams a 4WD Tacoma, then that person needs to get slapped. Lowered 2WD trucks are ok, and that green tacoma is bad ass! I think the x-runners are nice, but Toyota needs to kill that lame hood with the cheesy hood scoop. Only functional hood scoops are nice like the STi.

I had two slammed Dakota's. The first was just for looks, the second, a 98 R/T was used for auto crossing and it used to smoke the vettes on the track. Personally, a dropped 4wd isn't something that should be done. A slammed AWD truck for the track is a whole other story.

I think everyone should be able to make their own choice without people saying it looks stupid. If we all liked the same thing this place would be boring.

I am not a fan of lowered trucks, but I understand someone else is. Visualize Whirled Peas!

    Right.

    You're an idiot.

Everyone can make their own choice, and everyone else can judge as they see fit. This is "freedom." You're free to make yourself look like an ass, and I"m free to laugh at you for it.

I dunno about the rest of yas, but I like Trucks!!! In particular, Toyota Trucks. Obviously. This is Tacomaworld.com Right? My truck is lowered, it is 2wd. If I bought a new Tacoma, which I want to do, but cannot afford, it would probably stay stock (except the audio).

Basically, I like them all. I like automobiles. I like looking at all styles, forms, etc. Of course there are ones done with bad taste, but its not my vehicle to change. So why worry about it?

I had a guy tell me that I should have done this or that to my truck. I yelled " IF YOUR NAME IS ON THE TITLE OF THIS TRUCK, RAISE YOUR HAND!!" Naturally, he got the point.

If you do not like what someone did to their vehicle, then buy it from them and change it yourself. Otherwise, STFU, and mind your own business.

BTW, petty arguments like this is why we do NOT evolve. We are still basically stupid monkeys throwing shit at each other.

here is the truck i had before the 07 and now 09 taco's....this thing handled like a dream in turns and rode like shit across any bump in the road. it had its purpose and i used it as such. i was about to bag it before it was sold. i'd still drive a bagged truck too. i plan on making my 71 c-10 a street truck...FBSS and all!

it was the xtreme, so it came w/ a 2/2 drop via coils and monoleaf. i used some 2" drop spindles and 3" blocks in the rear for a 4/5. bagging those trucks is easy and cheap w/ all the products out there for them. after that pic i swapped the whole front end (hood, grille, headlights, bumper cover) with a sonoma. looked pretty good, but didnt match the xtreme kit perfectly

oh...and if it werent for the first kid, i was gonna get a BSP xrunner back in 06
