Got home last night with some sunlight so jacked up the truck to see if it was wheel bearing or TRE. Wiggled it up and down, nothing, left right on the drivers side *wiggle*. Watched the TRE and did it again, and I was like holy crap.

Got it pulled out and I could literally wiggle it with my pinky it was that loose. No wonder my truck was driving like a Jeep! Got the new one on and the alignment is pretty straight. Very slight pull to the right. MUCH less vibration! Still getting some very slight vibes, but may just be the old Wildpeaks reaching end of life. I'll probably keep running them through winter and then maybe a bit longer if they are still looking alright and holding air in the spring. Will swap on the new to me Falken MTs whenever I think it's time to swap. Hoping I can get the spare MT into the rotation being a brand new tire and the others are half-tread, but if not, it's still a good spare.
Going from 255s to 295s will be weird, and I hope they don't rub on my spindles. I don't want to run any larger of a wheel spacer, and buying wheels again is not on my list of things I want to do any time soon.

Still considering doing ATR in 2024, but with the Japan trip in the fall, we'll play it by ear. I might want to spend more time over there, and then ATR will get chopped to save the vacation time. We'll see. ATR will be there in 2025 if I don't go, and it's a lot easier to go to than Japan

DP is lounging in it's unfortunate usual environment. At just a few scratches under 39k.

Helps that I daily mine and any long distance camping trips it's the vehicle of choice. Can't exactly get out in the back country in the lowered Corolla

Welp, the fuckening is here @Sociopenguin. It's the wheel bearing. Going to order a set from the guy here on TW tonight. Might have to start driving the 03 rolla to work till they get here and can be installed. Considering just doing the one side and waiting on the other for now.

Well, considering the miles, and the amount of wheeling, personally I guess that isn't that bad. I still have the two carquest backup bearing assys in my cabinet.
I moved DP out of the stall, back to her parking spot last weekend. Officially pausing the project due to all the things that keep me from accomplishing anything.

Don't know what else to check at this point. Replaced the driver side outer tie rod which had a ton of play, replaced the driver side wheel bearing/hub which also had some play, and I'm still getting left right wobble down the road. Maybe it's the tires? I swapped to the spare and there was no noticeable difference though, but it's just as worn/old since I've been doing 5 tire rotations since I got them new.
