Found out the GFCI in the hall bathroom has no power going to it. Will have to pull the plug and test the wires.

Knocked out all the framing. Paint dried and doesn't look super bad.

Slowly but surely. I'm taking off friday to cut the OSB and mount it. Then I'm hitting the hay so I don't fall asleep at the wheel Saturday.

So I realized the other day, when I bought some 16' boards. That the trailer is actually 16'. No wonder she wasn't liking uphill fully loaded....
She did well though. Uphill the transmission would down shift and sit around 4k RPMs. Once it leveled out it took a moment to shift back up and get those RPMs back in the 2k range. Ran it at 65-70 MPH.
    I'm impressed.

Pretty sure I have the tow package. :anonymous:

    Question.

When looking at homes the SO and I noticed that everyone has the old school washers and dryers. So if we made an offer I would ask them to remove them.

Why did you guys not go with the upgraded high effeciency front loaders?

Everyone is doing that so there must be a good reason.

I just like my auto sensing dryer.

I’m not sure about Slashaar’s models, but they do make high efficiency models that are then ”old” top load style.

Damn, I wouldn't be running that fast with a fully loaded trailer, lol. Kept my gear in 4th and stayed around 60-65 with the u-haul.

Purely price tag. I got my lowes card in the mail, walked in, got the cheapest models, put them on 12 month zero interest on the lowes card. That way I can take my time paying them off in the event some unexpected expenses pop up. (FYI, I can pay them off now, just waiting till after the first Mortgage payment.)

Noticed this the other day. I knew there was a hole in the wall that exposed the plumbing for the hallway bathroom tub/shower. But I noticed you can see light, which is coming from some kinda hole on the under side of the tub faucet/spout (whatever you call it). Not really sure what to do about that, I guess get some caulk and seal it up then put an access door on the hole in the drywall just in case...

They probably had to change the valve body for the tub at some point.
I would install a panel over this hole. Leave it there in the event you ever need/want to do it again.

Is the trim installed correctly? If so and its not fitting I would find out why rather than just caulk bandaid and move on. It’ll suck one day when theres water damage behind the wall.

Holy shit, so they changed out the fixture, existing holes in the tile? on the other side matched the old fixture. You may have to caulk it for now at the very least

I like how someone went a little too happy with the blow torch there LOL

If I had any plans to replace those fixtures I'd just do it now or not use it until I got the new ones.

Is it tile or like a fiberglass insert? I'm assuming tile because of the board but shit can't make any assumptions sometimes.

Should I make some kind of plug and caulk that in to cover the whole opening on the backside of the fixture or just fill the hole in the fixture?
