This looks really good. I like how the edges contour with the bed of the truck. Your access hatches are super nice too!

Is this pull out on sliders or rollers of any kind or does it just slide on the bed floor?

The whole drawer assembly is 5 parts.
    2 drawers approx. 25lbs each
    Center box approx 60lbs
2 side parts approx 10lbs ea

Suspension is unchanged. I take everything out if i have to use full bed. Light enough to move out by myself.

    Hey man,
    How deep were the drawers?
I'm designing my drawers and if I let the platform rest on the wheel wells, the drawer depth would be around 7 inches.
Seems shallow. Did you rest the platform on the wheel wells or go a little higher?
    Thanks

the drawers are 7" deep. I designed them to rest on the wheel wells. the height worked out well and were designed to fit rubbermaid containers from Lowes. just deep enough for my bike helmet. the drawers are long. all the way to the back of the bed.

Home Depot won't even cut that stuff in the store for you. Or shouldn't.

    Thanks man.
Debating if I wanna add an inch over the wheel well. Would require a couple more pieces of wood, but unsure how the 1" would affect me in the camper shell in terms of head room.

Do you have a cab height camper shell?
I had a snugtop hi liner (about 3 inches taller than the truck's cab). My platform was about 1 3/8" taller than the wheel wells. I could kind of sit up, but not comfortably.

    Yes cab height.
I'm going to be on the lookout for a tradesmen type shell, but for now it will be cab height.
I still have my RTT and plan on using the back for more stealth when I go fishing. I can't really determine if I care to sit up in the shell, I haven't done any shell sleeping.
Tough decision. Hard to visualize a difference in inch or so

Makes sense. I pretty much only slept in mine for stealth camping as well. I didn't hang out there much.

I slept in mine. I'm 6'+ and sleeping in short bed was tough. I crawled in and out of the shell on the platform so I added 1/2" foam pad to ease the knees. I used 5/8 plywood over the wheel wells. next time I build a set I'll use 1/2" plywood for the top of the sides. better on weight and the sides don't get a lot of weight on top.

this is pretty genius. Especially if you install a system like the one from @BamBeds where it's three stackable horizontal slats.

Was using a simple setup with 2x8s, plywood, a cooler, and storage totes from walmart. Decided to up my camping setup to accommodate a fridge and added a waterport. Not pictured is a second battery in the truck bed between the cab and passenger side wheel well. Plus an air compressor in the same spot on the other side of the truck bed that has an air line coming out of the truck bed leading to the little area behind the gas pump cover
