We brought guns last time. Didn't shoot them on the trail. We found a spot after off the main road. We didn't know if it was allowed or not so we only shot for a bit.

its national forest right? then its all good as long as your shooting responsibly pretty much. well awesome, gunna have my 33's on in the next day or so, am I gunna really need an IFS skid? its the only armor I don't have yet I just have to make the bottom piece. so ill get my ass in gear and make one or be careful? any particulars I should bring?

I think you could probably scrape by without an ifs skid if you're super careful. The one thing i used the most of when i did the trail was my sliders. I'm sure others will chime in on the topic but i think sliders are almost a must.

I wouldn't do the trail without an ifs, but my truck is over armored. You probably could do it but your going to really have to watch your lines.

Like I said, I'll be down there friday camping overnight somewhere and then running the trail Saturday, I believe Nathan is coming again to run the trail saturday morning as well. Might have a couple more coming down from Reno on saturday to wheel as well.

Where are you guys planning on camping on friday night? Same spot as last time along the trail?

I might meet you guys in pleasanton or livermore then. I get off work at 2:30 in livermore and my wife gets off work at 6 in dublin. I can hang at my parents in pleasanton.

Was that tree is still blocking the trail before the camp site? It had just fallen when we went last time and you had to take the wall super off camber around it.

Leaving Pleasanton early Saturday morning with a Jeep buddy in tow. Running through the trail once we get there. We'll look for a group of Tacos along the way. We'll camp Saturday and head out on Sunday.
