Just received my DeMello bolt on sliders for my DCSB

Seems like more of a pain in the ass to install than originally planned.

Not all the holes are available and some drilling into frame is required.

    Anyone willing to help?

Will drive to get done and will pay cash for install.

    Thx,
    George

    Hey George,

Congrats on the new sliders. Adding your location might help determine who's in your immediate area.

When are you looking to get it done? I’m about an hour south of you but don’t mind helping with the install if we can make it work with each other’s schedules

I can always drive down to Pacifica also. I used to live there. So always nice to revisit

209 Tacos Mod Day #8 (?) with @Uphillshunter this Saturday, although it'd be quite the drive from Novato.

Also, regarding the drilling for additional holes, IIRC the "extra" holes on most bolt-on sliders are there because of variations in hole locations on the frame between the 2nd and 3rd gens. Since the frame is otherwise the same, the slider manufacturers save cost by having one slider compatible with both generations.

For whatever reason I only have like 2 or 3 holes that line up properly. So I don’t feeling too comfortable doing all the drilling.

I received a detailed response from @FloTaco who will be doing the install for me.

    Appreciate the response.
