Slider top plates - yay or nay?

    I went no filler. I like being able to run a strap through them if needed. I also knew that painting them would be tough if not impossible to get into the underside. The rocks/wood thing is s good point that I didn't consider though. I installed them myself with a couple if jack stands. Another set of hands would have taken some time off the install though. Especially if they had tiny hands. Driver side is a bitch on bolt ons. I primed and used raptor liner. They are really rough and slipping isn't really an issue. I touch up with rustoleum bed liner spray. Same with skids.

    Not really. CBI had a really long lead time and ATH's price point was much better. I turned off my BSM and drove a month or so without it and I realized I don't really need it anymore. It does help when I'm backing out with my soft topper on, but other than that it's necessary.
