If you throw the alcohol free party and someone brings their own... as long as you didn't know about it, you were acting in good faith and can't be held responsible. $.02

    Other than that....

i understand what youre getting at but the pictures that were taken were while the group was together...not while some goober was at the back of the pack where maybe 1 or 2 people wouldve seen him

they were stopped and several trucks were testing their flex on trees and getting off the trail to go around other trucks to play etc etc

i realize everyone makes mistakes and that situations have been resolved and the parties involved were issued tickets etc...however...the stuff still happened and it couldve put a serious hurt on the sport

again i would like to reiterate that i have heard nothing negative about the quality of the products or their customer service...

i do feel like we're going around in circles at this point rob so lets just agree that a lot of this was probably hyped up by internet forums being what they are, but that negative stuff did happen. i dont have any issues with someone else making the decision to purchase from them, and as far as i know theyve since taken a pretty proactive stance on fixing said issues, but i wont be purchasing from them because there are other companies who i would much prefer to send my money to.
