Sliders with only 5 day lead time plus shipping.

I have a buddy who recently opened his own fabrication shop and is looking for new clients. He's doing some killer work and whipped me up a set of sliders in no time.
Hes charging about $500 plus shipping for 4 door long bed and the price goes down from there for smaller cabs and bed size, he can also change the design of the kick out if its not to your fancy.
All the steel is DOM and they are only weld on at the moment.
I'm sure he can even do the fill plates for an extra charge.
Hes just starting out so i thought getting him some possible business from all of you would really help him out.

He should go through the process of becoming a vendor. I bought a set of sliders from a vendor here this last labor day holiday. What you're doing is related to a friendship perhaps, but you've posted here twice in a year (both today) and those sliders look like they are subpar in pictures at prices competing with authorized vendors who have a long track record of quality product and delivery.

 

I'll talk to him about it, I'm sure if he sees enough interest he would. Also I've been a lurker for a while haha, stock truck and all for a long while not much to post about

 

What is he welding with? Stick welder? What is that random tube on top of the slider for ?

 

Its a kick out, it angles off the sliders to bounce the truck away from the obstacle and helps protect that part of the bed and cab. Also no its not stick
