I'm looking at getting some sliders for truck, and I wanted to reach out to anyone in GA who may have some and would be willing to give me advice, suggestions, etc.

I really don't want sliders with a kick-out (unless there is a huge benefit to the kick-out), and prefer bolt-on. Currently, I am looking at SOS Concepts, Schrockworks, and CBI. I would love to go with Pelfreybilt or All-Pro, but they both do not offer sliders without a kick-out. Anyone have experience with any of these brands, and would be willing to share? Or have another brand that I did not list?

    Thanks!

If I had to do it again, I'd go with BAMF bolt-on

In regards to why someone would get a kickout, I use it as a pivot point on the trails as to avoid damage. I also use it as a step to access cargo in the bed. I would get the kick out again if I had to do it all over.

Look into 4x innovations here on Tacomaworld. That is where I bought my weld on sliders but they also offer bolt on. My vote would be 4x or SOS.

SOS bolt on, no kick because I dont do serious offroad. Probably close enough to you to make a trip and save on shipping.

I like your's and I'm not too terribly far from where they are located. Are you happy with your's? Did they come painted/powder coated or bare? How was the installation?

Thanks, I love them. They stick out far enough to give great doog dinger protection, one of the main reasons I got them. They came bare, it was a fun do it yourself project to get them coated. I wire wheeled, acetone wiped, primed, few coats of spray on bedliner, and then a couple coats of semi gloss. Makes for easy touchups. Install wasn't bad at all, the forward most bolt is a PITA, but do-able. They are beefy and solid and high-lift'able.

Too poor to list anything interesting.
I agreed with the SOS. @EddyRRT makes some good stuff.

Nice 15° angle makes them useful as steps.

The bolt-ons are sturdy as hell. Make sure to use Grade 8 bolts.

Also protects your doors from shitty parkers.

Did they bolt straight up or did you have to drill holes yourself?

Zero frame drilling with these sliders. Bolt straight on and tough as nails. there is one plastic box on passenger side of frame to unbolt and bolt back on. If the circumference of your upper forearm is 13" or less, you can get it up in frame to bolt up that front PITA bolt
