Crap man. I am sorry to hear this. Your post seem quite chipper considering. Perhaps you are one fo those people that seems to always look at the bright side! I hope insurance covers you for your losses although deductibles seem to often get in the way of that.

Its all good, I meant no offense by the poking, only used it because of the stick reference.

I had one member buy one to replace his rattling stick.

 

shoot i had someone break into my truck over labor day and they tossed everything, never could figure out how they got in... guess one of these would've helped... pm'd

 

I never even thought about the back windows being an issue for theift. Glad I came across this. Sorry Im not purchasing one of you security prevention bars. I work for a custom light fixture place so I made my own. I just wanted to say thanks.

i may do this just because i hardly ever open it. i’m kinda small dude. like 5’8” and like 120. and i don’t think i could even fit in it anymore. use to climb in and out of it on dads ’00 tundra. lol.

edit: i think i have a pice of aluminum in my tool box from something els. may see if it works.

I didn't realize the need until reading this thread and hearing how easy it is to break into our trucks through the back window.

Got mine today. Fits and looks great, very stealth. Someone not aware of it would not be able to figure out why the window won't open before getting shot, eat up by the dog or beat up.
