Sliding window security bar

I dont use the rear window at all and would have rather had a solid rear window like yours.

 

I feel ya'. I NEVER use mine either. Replacing it will a solid is about 600 bones. I guess you could try to sell the slider afterwards to subsidise the replacemnent cost.

 

Back in the day I had a little tiny Ford ranger... that window is exactly how they broke in.... stupid theifs

 

I love having the slider. I rarely open it more than a couple inches though.

Yes, 2nd and 3rd gen Tacoma's share the same rear window and track.

Note: not recommended for power rear windows.

the Only use I ever made of mine, is to feed long trim boards through to the front windshield so they wouldn't hang over the tail gate. But that was a time long gone and now I'd get rid of it in a heart bit--Sooo , just send your donations to: "help a BLUled get a new rear...Window " or not, as you prefer.
